Copyright laws have been created to offer protection to owners of particular items or documents. These laws are governed and guided by a set of distinguished rules, which grant the creator exclusive rights to its use and distribution. Although these rights are provided under some limitations, this does not negate that they are exclusive rights.
Writers of any original work are protected by Copyright Laws against plagiarism. If a person uses another person’s words without permission, such and act is in direct violation of the U.S. copyright laws. The honest and descent thing to do is to give credit to the author of the work. It is most common to observe the act of plagiarism being violated in the academic world. Writers can allow others the right to share, use, and even build upon a work in which they may have already created. However, an individual or group should consider publishing any such information under a Creative Commons license. A Creative Common license is a level of protection that provides others with some flexibility of usage, while still offering protection the people to the original author. The saving grace about using Creative Common licenses is that it frees you from worry about copyright infringement. Even under these circumstances you must follow the terms and conditions specified. |

My philosophy of teaching has been a work in progress. Overall I believe in promoting a positive learning experience, which is designed to build a strong foundation for all students. I try to incorporate a variety of teaching styles that best fit student's individual needs. An essential part of being successful is to plan, use guidelines of applicable pacing guides and implementation of District standards/curriculum.
